The deadline for the mandatory submission of the tax return with the use of a qualified e-certificate for all indirect tax payers is approaching. For the purpose of faster and more efficient submission of the necessary documentation as well as its processing, new electronic forms have been set up within the web application for filling out individual forms for e- business with the Indirect Taxation Authority (Agreement on the use of IT systems for e-business with the ITA, registration of representatives and registration of representatives for the regulation of e-business). The mentioned forms can be accessed via links on the official website of the ITA in the section: Regulations -> Other regulations -> Electronic business with ITA, instead of the previous forms that were in PDF format.
