The Collegium of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA), Customs Department RC Banja Luka, was held on August 18, 2023. The Speaker was ITA’s General Director PhD Zoran Tegeltija. The collegium was attended by the heads of the customs offices of the RC Banja Luka and the heads of the Customs Department groups RC Banja Luka.
In his opening remarks, the Director referred to the current situation in the RC Banja Luka, citing positive results in the form of revenue growth and adequate staffing of organisational units. Also, the Director presented current problems and challenges, and gave the floor to other participants who additionally explained the situation and problems in the organisational units they manage.
Head of the Department for Customs Affairs RC Banja Luka Mr. Goran Marinković invited all participants to analyze the situation in the organisational units they manage and to pay special attention to building and improving human resources.
At the end of the meeting, the Director invited all participants to make additional efforts to strengthen the integrity of employees, better cooperation with the business community, creating better working conditions, which will ultimately result in higher income from indirect taxes.
