Gender equality education and protection against discrimination

Within the framework of the HALT project, which is implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNDP), the  Indirect Taxation Authority carries out activities on education and sensitization of employees in the field of gender equality, which is carried out by the Cabinet of Directors – Department for Professional Standards.

So far, seven workshops have been held on the topic of gender equality and protection against discrimination, with a special focus on the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment, which were attended by 172 employees, 91 of whom were managers.

The aforementioned activities were also presented at the regional meetings organized by the UNDP and held by the ITA with representatives of the Customs Administration of the Republic of Serbia and the Revenue and Customs Administration of Montenegro in March and July 2022.
