Business Services Sector is one of five main organisational units providing administrative and logistic support for the successful functioning of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA). The specific responsibilities of the sector are for procurement, investments by the ITA, human resources, financial management, debt enforcement and other organisational and administrative tasks.
Business Services Sector runs the investments for the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) and looks after the entire property, personnel and organisational structure of the ITA. Here you can find the information about the notices, invitations for bids, and vacancies announced by the ITA, as well as about various certificates issued by the ITA and used by the taxpayers in their everyday business activities. There are also information available regarding the tax and control stamps, administrative fees, flour registration stamps, debt enforcement, and bank guarantees as well as about the Single Account. These activities of the ITA are conducted by the officials of the Business Services Sector.

Efficient internal organisational structure of the ITA has a direct impact on the quality of cooperation between the ITA and the taxpayers. The improvement of such cooperation, i.e. upgrading standards of the provision of services to the taxpayers and persons liable for payment of customs duties, is an everyday task and ultimate goal of the officials from this sector
