Authorized officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA), Regional Center Mostar, seized 280 kg of finely cut tobacco worth 50,400 BAM on the road in \u010celebi\u0107i.<\/p>\n
Authorized officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, Department for Enforcement of Regulations Regional Center Mostar, in cooperation with police officers of the Police Administration Konjic, performed traffic control on the road in \u010celebi\u0107i. On that occasion, a control of the motor passenger vehicle owned by the natural person from Posu\u0161je with initials M.J. was performed.\u00a0 During the control, it was \u00a0found and temporarily confiscated 280 kg of finely cut tobacco that was not legally marked with excise stamps of the ITA BiH. The total market value of the seized goods is estimated at 50,400 BAM.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Appropriate proceedings will be initiated against the appointee before the competent court for the established illegalities from the Law on Excise Duties in BiH.<\/p>\n
