Welcome to the Public Relations Department link. The Public Relations Department is an independent organizational unit of the Office of Director. The Department monitors the activities of all Indirect Taxation Authority sectors. The external and internal communication, public relations and internal informing in the Indirect Taxation Authority come within the competences of this Department. In other words, the Public Relations Department is a bridge between the Indirect Taxation Authority and the public of Bosnia and Herzegovina: journalists, taxpayers and persons liable for payment of customs duties, international and national institutions or any other citizens who pay the taxes to the country. The PR Department is responsible for the ICT used by the Indirect Taxation Authority, including the webpage.
Our objective is for this webpage to meet as many requests for information as possible and to become an efficient means of communication that will facilitate the activities of the taxpayers. Another objective will be reached through the English version of the webpage and that is to contribute to improvement of the communication with other state and international institutions. In order to raise the public awareness of the Indirect Taxation Authority as a state-level institution, we paid particular attention to those parts of the webpage containing contact details of every single organizational unit of the Indirect Taxation Authority.
